Mr. Ben Nouri
Mr. Nouri has more than 26 years experience working for the Military, Aeropspace, Consumer Electronics, Medical, and the Automotive industries with such companies as Northrop, Lockhead Martin, Harman International, BEI Technologies and Custom Sensors & Technologies. He has expertise in global manufacturing, supply chain management and quality and is a seasoned user of LEAN Six Sigma, Kaizen Events, Demand Flow Technology, Material and Inventory Management and 5S programs. He has both launced and managed manufacturing operations in the U.S., Mexico, Singapore and China.
Ben has been certified as an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and trained in LEAN Manufacturing, and Demand Flow Technology. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor, Canada.
Dr. Demetris A. Agrotis
After a 16 year career in the automotive industry Dr. Agrotis reached the engineering executive ranks of Delphi Automotive Systems as the Director of the Mexico Technical Center, their largest technical center, in Juarez, Mexico. In 2005, Dr. Agrotis joined BEI Technologies as the VP/GM for BEI Duncan Electronics and BEI Kimco Magnetics. Following an aquisition of BEI by Schneider Electric in 2006, Dr. Agrotis was selected to run the Transportation Division of Custom Sensors & Technologies, a Schneider Electric company. His entire career has been focused on component and sub-system development and production, particularly on sensors and actuators.
Dr. Agrotis is considered an expert in the areas of product development and validation testing techniques, statistical problem solving methodologies and organizational behavior and structure configurations. He has conducted in excess of 200 supplier development activities in various countries and has launched products, using LEAN manufacturing principles, in the U.S., Mexico, Portugal, the U.K., France, Germany, Korea, Singapore and China. Dr. Agrotis received his BSEE from The Ohio State University. In addition he holds a MSEE, MS Engineering Managment and a Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Dayton.
